OSHA Informal
As an employer who has been cited by OSHA, you have the option to request an Informal Conference with the OSHA Area Director to discuss the violations and/or the abatement dates.  The conference must be scheduled within 15 working days after the receipt of the OSHA Notice.  Safety Resources can provide you with advice and/or attend your OSHA informal with you.

Ohio Safety & Health Review Commission
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is an independent federal agency created to decide contests of citations or penalties resulting from OSHA inspections  The Review Commission functions as an administrative court, with established procedures for conducting hearings, receiving evidence and rendering decisions.  Safety Resources can assist you with any OSHRC cases.
